Our relationship with Entain began in 2019, four years on we’ve been rewarded a new contract, based on an extended remit of support. This includes providing an end-to-end solution to effectively manage the reactive replacement of specific assets within Entain’s Ladbrokes and Coral retail estate of around 2500 shops. Sourcing to specification, accommodating volume purchases for storage in dedicated warehousing space at I-Tel Groups facility before deploying replacement assets to site. Unpacking and installation of the new equipment as well as the removal of packaging and old equipment as required. Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 (WEEE) and all other legislation is adhered to, and disposal certificates managed. This is all achieved using our asset management platform, catering for the full life cycle of assets and any essential routines and maintenance as required.
