Till is the fast-moving, global fintech disruptor opening up a world of possibilities for businesses seeking simple, seamless, all-in-one payments. Founded in 2012, Till’s team of 100 staff is rapidly growing and headquartered in Australia, with teams in London, Manila and across the US. Till currently serves hundreds of merchants across 12 countries and over 500 cities. TILL invited I-Tel to participate in a tender exercise to support its expansion plans into the UK. I-Tel’s bid was successful with feedback that our proposed solution was a perfect fit and other entries could not provide the all-encompassing solution they were seeking. The first phase of the project was to support the teams with uniforms, branded merchandise, and operational products. A fast turnaround was essential whilst ensuring strict brand guidelines and product selection aligned with their global partners.
Our proposition included a staff engagement programme to keep teams aligned, informed and in high spirits. From new starter packs to company announcements and seasonal gifts, I-Tel takes care of staff whilst at the same time supporting their operational requirements. Utilising dedicated warehousing space provided by I-Tel, TILL can have goods stored, managed and deployed quickly across the country, to any location. I-Tel ensured eco-friendly and fairtrade garment options were procured along with environmentally focused print operators. This achieved a 75% reduction in energy consumption compared to standard processes.
